Card order

Quick post tonight to show the card I've made for an order from a friend at work...

Also to show off my new stampin up stamps which I adore and some paper mania ones I teamed it with which I hadn't got round to using.

I also made some valentines cards for another order but just in case someone peeps at this won't post them until after 14th feb!

So I used an a5 pearlised card stock, some coredinations purple card stock with the linen type effect, some stampin up old card stock in the turquoise and a mixture of Baja breeze ink and the new in color ink that's a dark turquoise and completely forgot the name of it! To stamp the images. The spotty paper was wrapping paper I saved ages ago and used the top note die to cute that and the white stamped panel out.

I also used the Martha Stewart punch to edge the turquoise panel, and used some strips as faux ribbons. I then added the Mum stamped label which was using Xcut dies and added the buttons as the embellishments.

The stamps I used were paper mania urban stamps for the background script effect and the butterflies, and the tree with the swing was stampin up from my new set. The alpha was an old one from my set because unbelievably I have nothing with mum already on it. I have however ordered a set from stampin up which has family names in it which should hopefully stop this dilemma for future!

So this was the ordered card I've made which hopefully the person who ordered it will like. Have also had a couple of other orders from people at work, but they weren't so urgent so not been done tonight.

Hoping to get some art done later this week too... Maybe some of my Life Book as not done any for a while, plus a singing folder to finish off ... But more about that another time?
