An incy wincy sketch

Yet another beatrix potter card to share with you ... This time following the sketch over at Incy wincy challenges

I mirrored the sketch but kept it fairly close in design. I used the scalloped edged card blank for a change and added the pretty patterned paper as the background panel. I added the beautiful ribbon rescued from some packaging, and the sentiment label. Then the decoupaged panel which I added the white mount to and corner rounded the edges.
