new layout template from LeeLou

Before I sign off for the night (after all it is a work day tomorrow!) I thought I would look at LeeLou's layouts again and see if there was a spring one I fancied to match the time of the year - rather pleased with this one.  Maybe some day I'll fathom out how to put stuff in all the side bits ... but for the moment I really should sleep ... think V might be getting a bit annoyed with my tapping away next to him in bed!
