So I've been keeping going with the Fabulous Faces course via willowing.ning.com and practising different shapes but until today just doing pencil drawings.
However today was a bit of a write off due to significantly bad hangover. But then late afternoon I had an urge to paint as so I created this.
Quite pleased with how she looks especially as I wasn't directly copying the video. Shading isn't fab, but for a first try and using watercolour paints not on watercolour paper, I am proud of my efforts.
Hope you enjoy.
Happy crafting.

I'm not seeing your blog entries on f/b anymore and I rarely look at my blogger dashboard at the mo, I seem to have got out of the habit. You are doing brilliantly with these faces and I feel that you must know that too as you're happy to display them - that must be a great feeling.
ReplyDeleteI really love the scalloped journalling type paper on the bottom of your entry and the pink crochet/knitting embellishment on the top - all very clever. Where did you find out how to do that?
Actually stupid me! On closer inspection, I see that you've changed the top of your page too. It all looks great.
