A cute card to share with you this time from a gorgeous decoupage set a friend gave me from her throwaway pile! Such cute images and soft colours.
Although its not easy to see from the photograph the main image is decoupaged using pin flair to keep it subtle and then mounted onto the pale green rectangular panel. I then wrapped four lengths of the gorgeous calypso coral organza ribbon round it. I then affixed the pale green rhinestones along the ribbon at an angle. I then layered it up onto the pretty striped paper. Then I stamped the cute sentiment from a freebie set from a magazine and punched it out using my SU curly label punch. I added this using foam pads to give it a raised feel to match the decoupage.
Really pleased with this ... I love the effect I created with the ribbons and the rhinestones.... And obviously so cute!
I am entering this into the challenge at Tuesday alchemy where it matches one of the random words ... Bee ... Small bees in the main image and crafty sentiments ... Added sparkle with the rhinestones!
